We have 2 cooking class series taking place in the Community Connection Room this summer:
On June 18th Lauri will feature "Super Seeds": Flax, Chia & Hemp! Seats are still available.
This series of classes will emphasize the basic skills & techniques used by professional chefs. Cultivate your culinary creativity and learn to make use of seasonal, locally grown foods! These classes will include demonstration, discussion, hands-on activities, recipes and a meal at the end. All students will also receive discount coupons for Meyers Falls Market & Kitchen Korner. There will be 10 classes in the series- take one or all.
