SUSHI 101
Wednesday Feb 10th @ 5:30pm
Learn basic techniques for making your own sushi nori rolls! Once you learn the basics, imagination is your only limit. The class will cover simple recipes for sushi and dipping sauces and give you ideas for presentation. The class fee includes recipe cards, instruction and demonstrations, and a chance for you to make and sample your own nori rolls. You’ll walk away enthused & inspired to get back to your kitchen.
